In the village of Bouzy, Benoît Paillard and his two sons, Antoine and Quentin, have a ten hectares divided into this large vintage pinot noir. They also have chardonnays which give blanc de blancs solidly constituted. Brut without year is expressed under the Les Parcelles label with a vintage basis indicated in figures Romans. Two plots of chardonnay and pinot noir are judiciously declined in Les Motelettes and Les Maillerettes, which strive to deliver a slender identity of terroirs of Bouzy. The latest prints (at from the 2015 base) gain in relief by flavors and express a more vibrant fruitiness. The first star is back.
