I’m a 34 years old winemaker from the upper Mosel valley. My aim is to produce artisan wines and crémants with low technical influence. My 1.6 ha Vineyards with Chardonnay, Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir and a local variety named Elbling are cultivated organically and harvested by hand. All wines and crémants are fermenting in used burgundy barrels without heating or cooling. Late Bottling – unfined but gently filtered before the next vintage with a small amount of sulfur (usually 50mg total).
